About Kelly Way

Kelly Way is a Solutions Manager at SecurEvent Solutions. She brings more than 20 years of experience in event management, venue security, and client operations. Kelly began as a part-time event staff member at Gillette Stadium in 2002. Then, in 2007, she joined TeamOps, a division of Kraft Sports and Entertainment. During her tenure, Kelly advanced from Event Manager to Senior Event Manager and then Director of Operations. In that role, she oversaw 24/7 security for Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place. She also managed events for the stadium and contracted clients and supported security operations at five Super Bowls. Later, Kelly served as a Regional Account Manager in the Bay Area and South Florida. Her client portfolio included Levi’s Stadium, Oakland Coliseum, Hard Rock Stadium, loanDepot Park, Stanford University, San José State University, and the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, she supported hospitality and fan-experience locations at two Super Bowls. At SecurEvent Solutions, Kelly has contributed to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, the Florida Derby, and the Preakness Stakes. Her venue experience helps clients coordinate security, guest experience, and event operations.
